Maren Mabey

Speech Therapist

Maren enjoys working with a diverse client population from early intervention through adulthood. She attended the University of Utah where she received her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science in 2005 and her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2007. Since becoming certified with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 2008, she has worked in a variety of settings including public schools, charter schools, home health, community reintegration and tele-therapy. She has a passion for improving functional communication skills whether it be in a young child learning to express basic wants and needs or in an adult recovering from a brain injury or stroke. Maren strives to make speech-language therapy fun, functional and meaningful to the individual and family.

In her spare time, Maren can be found exploring parks and trails with her husband and kids, trail-running, and traveling to find the world's best street tacos.
